The Practice

Selective Hearing is owned and operated by Doctor of Audiology, Erica Lee. Dr. Lee takes great pride in staffing Selective Hearing with the best audiologists, all of whom are licensed by the state, and obtain continuing education each year to stay abreast of the latest technology.

In 1999, Dr. Lee opened Audiology of Associates of Acadiana in Lafayette (now Selective Hearing).  Providing audiology and hearing aid services, Audiology Associates of Acadiana also contracts Audiologists to ENT practices across South Louisiana. Dr. Lee opened Selective Hearing in Baton Rouge in 2008 to provide audiology and hearing aid services in a private practice setting.

Currently employing six full-time Doctors of Audiology, Selective Hearing is the largest employer of Doctors of Audiology in the private practice setting in the state.  With private practice offices and contracts in Lafayette, Baton Rouge, Opelousas, Zachary,  Eunice, Jennings, and Crowley, Dr. Lee takes great pride in providing the best Audiologists and staff from the local communities to provide professional, caring, and outstanding clinical audiological services, as well as hearing aid sales and services, because at Selective Hearing, “it matters how well you hear.”
